I’ve had the opportunity to work on a number of incredible projects that I’m pleased to share. Not only do I enjoy showcasing my work, but also sharing details about the creative process behind each project.

FINANCING EXAMPLE
This was a fun project that taught the principals of obtaining financing and signing up customers for a store credit card. This excerpt was exceptionally engaging for managers and associates to calculate what their actual application goals would be based on the number of guests visiting their stores and their current sales. Helping each see how credit could impact their sales, then immediately apply the training leads to results.

COACHING EXAMPLE
In this example, I provide the narration for each slide. This is simply the first lesson for a three part course. Click the image to see it!
If you have a project that requires translation for other languages, captions can be provided, or the module works effectively without the audio and the text on screen can simply be translated. I have used these methods to translate from English to Spanish, French and Portuguese. If you’d like to learn more about this project, simply get in touch.
OVERCOMING OBJECTIONS EXAMPLE
Objections are a natural part of any sales process. Helping associates think on their own and see different consequences of their decisions during training can assist when it comes time for actual application. In this segment from a training, it allows the learner to receive immediate feedback and consider other options. Instead of simply giving the answer to each objection, it asks the learner to be more engaged, thus the learner is more likely to remember it later.
